If this is the first you have heard of Swedish group Little Dragon, please wake up from whatever cloud you have been sleeping on and let that explosive sound start flowing out your speakers. Little Dragon just dropped their sophomore album Machine Dreams, after a well respected self-titled debut in 2007. Yukimi Nagano’s soulful and sexy voice carried along side band mates Eric Bodin, Fredrik Wallin, and Håkan Wirenstrand on the keys, drums, and bass makes for a genre bending sound, located somewhere within a beautiful place that smooth nu-soul hip-hop meets futuristic live electronics, dancing over playful 80’s pop.
